8 Powerful Emotional Detox Techniques

1. Conscious Breathwork: Breathing bypasses the thinking mind and accesses the emotional body directly. Techniques include slow belly breathing and connected breaths.

2. Somatic Release: Your body is your unconscious mind. Through movement, you activate emotional pathways that words cannot reach (shaking, Yin yoga).

3. Emotional Journaling: Writing helps translate emotion into meaning. Ask yourself: What am I holding onto?
